Bad

Like the title says, sometimes I just wanna try and be a badass. However, I think this attempt might be a little reminiscent of Michael Jackson's single "Bad", where, contrary to the title, he does not appear to be that hard core. For a reminder of MJ's badassery: 

I think the combination of leather and lace is a pretty classic one, but I wanted to keep the whole outfit casual with some sneakers as opposed to dressing up the outfit with some heels. 

I've been trying to find a way to wear these shorts without being excessively "streetwalker", as they are quite short, and I think keeping the rest of the outfit simple can accentuate the details of the lace without being too over bearing. To add a bit of fun and a "pop of color" I just added a simple "bow" headscarf.

Again, I really love the complex look of the lace contrasted with the smooth chicness of the leather. 

Again a pretty simple outfit, but I had fun wearing it. =)
